Holbein Meltz Coloured Pencil Blender Pen 

Holbein Meltz Coloured Pencil Blender Pen, is a liquid medium that can be used over oil based pencils to create gradations, effortless blending and gives your artwork a brushed on look. Create watercolour like effects by brushing the pen across your pencil drawing. The Holbein Meltz Pen has two felt tips with one round style and one brush style and can each be used to mix multiple colours. 

Metallic colours and soft white will not blend and thin well with this pen. Meltz may not work with other brands of coloured pencils and depending on the the type and thickness of the paper, it may stain the opposite side of your work. It is always best to test this pen on the surface you're going to be working on beforehand. If you'd like to blend different colours clean the top of the pen after each use to achieve a bright result.
