Dalchem GPF32 Foam 2kg

Dalchem GPF32 Foam is a two part expanding, rigid polyurethane foam that can be used for a range of contemporary modelling and sculpture works. It can be shaped or cut with a hand saw or sharp knife conce cured, used to pack in cavities of wire sculptures and coloured conde dry with acrylic paints. 

As a guide 1kg of mixed Dalchem GPF32 Foam expands to a volume of approximately 15 litres. All polyurethane foams begin to expand in around 30 to 40 seconds when the two parts are mixed together. And best results are achieved when the foam is at room temperature and mixed with a mechanical mixer. Always use gloves when handling and uisng this product. 

A 2kg kit (which comprises of 1Kg of part A and 1Kg of part B) will therefore yield about 30 litres of finished foam in expanded volume.
