How do I purchase a physical voucher?
Deans Art currently offers e-vouchers for use online and in-store. Vouchers can be purchased online with delivery direct to an email address. Or you can purchase a voucher in-store and we'll supply a paper version in a beautifully designed envelope.
How do I use a Deans Art gift voucher?
Vouchers can be used in one of Deans Art's retail locations, find your closest store here. Alternatively vouchers can be used online.
Using a Deans Art e-voucher online:
You can enter your voucher code and secret key in the final checkout page.
1. Billing Information - enter your details
2. Shipping method - select from shipping options.
3. Payment Options select Redeem Voucher.
On the right hand side an area will open where you can enter your voucher and secret key and any further payments needed.

You can not enter your voucher in the cart page or in the discount code field. The discount code area is reserved for 10% off and sales codes. If you're in your cart click the green checkout now button to be taken to the final checkout page.
Can I use an e-voucher instore?
Yes, all Deans Art locations offer easy instore shopping and voucher redemption. Have your full voucher code and secret key ready for staff at time of purchase.
I have an old Deans Art voucher can I still use it?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of sale. If you have an old Deans Art Gift Voucher or Award Voucher that only has a voucher code listed e.g 001234 and doesn't include a secret key then you can use this voucher in-store or onine.
To use the voucher online please return the physical voucher to our Preston store.
Voucher's can be left with staff at the Preston store during opening hours, please include the below details with your voucher:
- Full Name
- Mobile Phone Number
- Email Address (must be connected to an online Deans Art Account)
Office staff will apply the voucher amount to your online account and notify you when it is ready to use. Office staff work Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 48 hours for activation.
Gift Vouchers are like cash, it is the responsibility of the customer to keep their voucher safe. This includes entering the correct email and keeping the voucher codes safe.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the recipient to keep the voucher code secure at all times. If the voucher is lost, misplaced, stolen or sent to the wrong email address Deans Art will not be responsible for replacing the voucher.
